Sanghmitra Sahai is Summer Research Assistant at the Washington College of Law. She is pursuing her Masters in International Arbitration and Business Laws at Washington College of Law. Currently, she is researching cross-border data flows and data localization in various countries, including Brazil and India. She is enrolled as an Attorney in India, where she pursued her Bachelors of Law & Bachelors of Business Administration from Symbiosis Law School, Pune. She also has a Masters in Intellectual Property Laws from the George Washington University Law School, and is awaiting her Admission to the New York Bar.
