Hung Huynh is a 2L at American University, Washington College of Law. She is interested in constitutional and privacy infringement issues with the development of new technologies in the US and France. Hung is an articles editor at AU Legislative and Policy Brief (within the AU Law and Government Program), and has worked at HEC Paris as well as interned at the OECD in France. Hung earned her B.A. in French from Ohio Wesleyan University, her M.A. in International and Comparative Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, and is a dual J.D. candidate at American University Washington College of Law and Université Paris-Nanterre.
